This now includes using online ID document verification technology and proof of address being supplied by all members.

For added security, no member can use our site without first being validated by a human being. This strict validation also involves the creation of an up-to-date references file and a detailed online profile created by each member. We ask all members to make sure they request and review partner members’ reference files before any agreements are made.

Part of our ongoing security also includes evaluation of hosts by visitors who leave comments and feedback on their stay on our site. This helps to improve the quality of hosting, the service we offer, and your security.
