When a Guest books a paid homestay, they create a Paid Language Stay Contract online. It covers all of the important information and commitments discussed and agreed while booking. Once completed, both Guest and Host can print a copy. The Contract is a safety tool that increases the security of the homestay and the clarity of the transaction. Both parties sign when they are happy with its contents.

Starting a Paid Language Stay Contract

To confirm a stay, the Guest clicks the ‘Confirm a stay’ button. This initiates a Paid Language Stay Contract, which is completed online, in turn by both parties, to set the terms of the stay.

What the Contract covers

The Contract sets out the terms of the homestay and the commitments made by each member to the other. It is completed (or modified) online alternately by the two members until they have reached an accord. It includes a list of commitments made by each of the members and provides security for the homestay.
