The paid language stay contract

The commitments for the Host Family Member and the Teacher Member

The Host Family Member and Teacher Member when entering into a Paid Language Stay Contract with a Parent Member an Adult Member or a Group Member, hereafter called the “Guest”,

•Undertakes that all the information provided in his/her published profile is true.
•Undertakes to respect the commitment made in his/her offer, in particular, regarding the maximum number of paying guests and the maximum number of paying guests speaking the same language as the Guest concerned.
•Declares that he/she has provided the Guest honestly with all information about his/her family life that may have an impact on the homestay.
•Undertakes to respect the terms noted in the Contract.
Undertakes to deliver all Services booked by the Guest in the Contract. In the event that it is no longer possible for the Host Family Member or for the Teacher Member to provide a booked Service to the Guest, the Host Family Member or the Teacher Member undertakes to refund to the Guest the entire price of that Service, unless the Guest is content to accept an alternative compromise solution.
•Undertakes to help the Guest staying in his/her home to adapt to his/her/their new lifestyle and do everything he/she can to make the Guest’s stay enjoyable and beneficial.
•Undertakes, along with his/her family, to speak in the target language to the Guest and in his/her/their presence.
In the case of a Parent Member, undertakes to notify the child’s parents swiftly in the event of a problem during the child’s stay.
•Undertakes, in the case of cancellation of the stay by him/her, for whatever reason, to find a satisfactory compromise solution for the Guest. 

On completion of the Contract, both parties will have access to the full contact details and copies of the ID documents of all participants.
